Faamanu is presently a finalist in the Kiri Te Kanawa Song Quest and is one of our formost developing Baritones; now off to further his studies at the Royal College of Music in London. He is joined by Katherine Winitana and his 2 brothers Alfred and Jordan.

About the event
This is Faamanu's Swan song to New Zealand.
In 2025, Faamanu was a Finalist in the North Shore Berecroft Aria Competition and also for the New Zealand Aria Competition in Rotorua and is a finalist in the 2026 Kiri Te Kanawa Songquest. Faamanu is looking forward to many exciting engagements in 2026. Including a debut with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, singing the famous Lieder eines fahrenden gesellen by Mahler. In September, he will be moving to London to further his studies at the prestigious Royal College of Music, after being offered a position accompanied by a Full-Tuition Scholarship.
